Aceasta a devenit un trend de c\u00e2teva zile bune \u0219i toat\u0103 lumea este absolut cucerit\u0103 de ea.  Sincer, \u00eenc\u0103 de la bun \u00eenceput am fost curioas\u0103 cum va fi \u00a0\u0219i ce gust are.  Am mai scris despre ea chiar <a href=\"http:\/\/www.saranghanguk.ro\/index.php\/2020\/04\/06\/cafeaua-dalgona-solutia-coreenilor-pentru-a-face-fata-mai-usor-distantarii-sociale\/\"> aici <\/a>.  Pentru to\u021bi iubitorii de cafea \u0219i mai, mai ales, pentru cei care vor s\u0103 \u00eencerce o specialitate propus\u0103 de coreeni, iat\u0103 mai jos care sunt ingredientele \u0219i cum se prepar\u0103 acas\u0103.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.saranghanguk.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/IMG_20200406_215125-2-1024x703.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11183\" width=\"453\" height=\"312\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.saranghanguk.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/IMG_20200406_215125-2-1024x703.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.saranghanguk.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/IMG_20200406_215125-2-300x206.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.saranghanguk.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/IMG_20200406_215125-2-768x527.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.saranghanguk.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/IMG_20200406_215125-2-1536x1055.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.saranghanguk.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/IMG_20200406_215125-2-2048x1406.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 453px) 100vw, 453px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p> <strong>Ingrediente : <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Cafea instant \u2013&gt; 2 linguri ( eu am folosit nes Amigo , dupa cum se vede \u00een poza) <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Zah\u0103r alb&nbsp;-&gt; 2 linguri <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Apa fiart\u0103 &#8211;&gt; cam 200 ml<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Aceste ingrediente ar trebui puse \u00een propor\u021bii egale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Lapte  <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Cuburi de ghea\u021b\u0103 <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Un tel ( mixer manual ) sau mixer<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen primul r\u00e2nd se pune ap\u0103 la fiert , aproximativ 200 ml.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Am pus 2 linguri de ness\u00a0 \u0219i apoi 2 linguri de zah\u0103r \u00eentr-un bol.  C\u00e2nd apa a fiert, am luat-o de pe foc. Am ad\u0103ugat 2 linguri de ap\u0103 peste amestecul de ness \u0219i zah\u0103rul.\u00a0 Cu ajutorul unui tel, am \u00eenceput s\u0103 bat amestecul. Nu a fost chiar \u00een  continuu, pentru c\u0103 la un moment dat mi-am dat seama c\u0103  este mai greu de f\u0103cut dec\u00e2t m-am g\u00e2ndit eu la \u00eenceput.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Amestecul a \u00eenceput s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i schimbe culoarea, a devenit mai deschis \u0219i a \u00eenceput s\u0103 se lege.  Pentru aceast\u0103 cafea, consisten\u021ba la care trebuia s\u0103 ajung este una de crem\u0103. Eu  am pus c\u00e2t s\u0103 trec\u0103 de jum\u0103tatea paharului. \u00a0Acum se poate ad\u0103uga peste lapte amestecul ob\u021binut \u0219i Dalgona este gata!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cafeaua Dalgona este numai bun\u0103 de a fi servit\u0103!\u00a0 Pentru decor, deasupra am pres\u0103rat\u00a0pu\u021bin ness (dar acest lucru este op\u021bional). Se poate bea a\u0219a sau se poate amesteca cu un pai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sugestii <\/strong>: se poate face at\u00e2t cu lapte cald, c\u00e2t \u0219i cu lapte rece. Nu este necesar s\u0103 folosi\u021bi neap\u0103rat ness, a\u0219a cum am folosit eu.
