{"id":1245,"date":"2016-04-18T13:03:35","date_gmt":"2016-04-18T10:03:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.saranghanguk.ro\/?p=1245"},"modified":"2016-07-25T21:27:29","modified_gmt":"2016-07-25T18:27:29","slug":"kimbap-rulouri-de-alge-cu-orez-si-legume","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saranghanguk.ro\/index.php\/2016\/04\/18\/kimbap-rulouri-de-alge-cu-orez-si-legume\/","title":{"rendered":"Kimbap (rulouri de alge cu orez si legume)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ingrediente (pentru 2 persoane = 5 rulouri)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Orez fiert in aburi:<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"text_exposed_show\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2022 2 si \u00bd pahar de orez<br \/>\n\u2022 3 pahare de apa<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ingrediente pentru umplutura:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2022 \u00bd ridiche alba murata (se poate inlocui cu ridiche alba proaspata)<br \/>\n\u2022 1 castravete (pentru salata)<br \/>\n\u2022 1 ardei gras rosu<br \/>\n\u2022 3 oua<br \/>\n\u2022 4 crenvusti (se pot inlocui cu sunca, somon afumat sau viena sosegi = crenvusti vienezi);<br \/>\n\u2022 5 bucati de surimi<br \/>\n\u2022 5 foi alge uscate<br \/>\n\u2022 ulei de susan<br \/>\n\u2022 sare<br \/>\n\u2022 seminte de susan prajit<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kimbap este felul de mancare \u2018de picnic\u2019 cel mai popular, semanand cu reteta japoneza Maki sushi. Cand pregatiti kimbap, orezul fiert in aburi este cel mai important. Daca orezul este prea uscat sau prea moale se ruleaza greu, de aceea orezul trebuie fiert mediu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Preparare:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. Fierbeti orezul direct, fara sa-l inmuiati in prealabil in apa.<br \/>\n2. In timp ce fierbe orezul, pregatiti umplutura.<br \/>\n3. Ingredientele pentru umplutura se taie de aceeasi marime (grosime 1 cm, lungime 25 de cm). La inceput taiati pe lungime ridichea alba murata (danmuji).<br \/>\n4. Spalati castravetele si dupa aceea taiati-l longitudinal in patru bucati, eliminand partea din mijloc. Presarati peste castravete sare si lasati-l asa timp de 10 minute. Apoi splati ardeiul gras si il taiati in felii subtiri.<br \/>\n5. Dupa aceea taiati crenvustii pe lungime in patru bucati si ii prajiti in tigaie.<br \/>\n6. Taiati surimi in doua bucati si prajiti-le.<br \/>\n7. Prajiti cele 3 oua ca o omleta. Dupa ce s-a facut, omleta se lasa la racit si se taie apoi in felii subtiri, pe lungime.<br \/>\n8. Puneti ingredientele pregatite pana acum pe farfurii intinse, iar orezul intr-un bol in care se mai adauga sare, ulei de susan si seminte de susan.<br \/>\n9. Asezati o foaie de alga pe planseta, pe suprafata ei intindeti cu lingura 1\/5 din orez. Lasati la o margine a foii 2 cm, pe partea opusa lasati 4-5 cm liber pentru a putea rula.<br \/>\n10. Dupa ce asezati umplutura de orez, rulati foaia de alga strans. Cand rulati, apasati suficient. Celalalte 4 foi de alga se fac la fel.<br \/>\n11. Ungeti suprafata kimbap-ului cu putin ulei de susan. Astfel nu se lipesc rulourile de kimbap si se taie mai usor.<br \/>\nUdand cutitul in apa, veti putea taia mai usor rulourile de kimbap.
