Samgyeopsal-ul vine din zona plata si lunga aflata langa cotletul de porc si care se extinde pana in zona burtii. Deoarece carnea si grasimile formeaza mai multe straturi, aceasta parte din porc este cea mai gustoasa si folosita in multe feluri de mancare.<\/span><\/div>\n<div id=\"yiv7342433395yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1461489752882_26594\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span id=\"yiv7342433395yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1461489752882_26595\">\u00b7<span id=\"yiv7342433395yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1461489752882_26596\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><span id=\"yiv7342433395yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1461489752882_26597\">Daca este gatit prea mult, carnea devine prea dura din cauza ca se pierde prea mult din grasimi.
