Unii oameni aleg s\u0103 adauge t\u0103i\u021bei chewy (jjolmyeon, \ucac4\uba74) \u00een loc de t\u0103i\u021bei ramen. Pune\u021bi apa (3 c\u0103ni) \u00eentr-o oal\u0103 medie \u0219i ad\u0103uga\u021bi varza uscat\u0103 \u0219i hamsiile. Se fierb 10 minute neacoperite la foc mediu. Scoate\u021bi (\u0219i arunca\u021bi) algele \u0219i continua\u021bi s\u0103 fierbe\u021bi \u00eenc\u0103 10 minute. Scoate\u021bi apoi hamsiile. Trece\u021bi prin supa printr-o sit\u0103 pentru \u00eendep\u0103rta particulele mici din alge \u0219i hamsii. (Dac\u0103 nu v\u0103 deranjeaz\u0103 aceste particule, nu este nevoie sa folosi\u021bi sita.) Dup\u0103 fierbere ar trebui s\u0103 ave\u021bi aproximativ 400 ml de sup\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Se toarn\u0103 supa \u00eentr-o oal\u0103 mai larg\u0103, se adaug\u0103 sosul \u0219i se amestec\u0103 bine. Se fierbe la foc mediu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Odat\u0103 ce supa \u00eencepe s\u0103 fiarb\u0103, reduce\u021bi focul la minim. Ad\u0103uga\u021bi restul ingredientelor \u0219i, pe m\u0103sur\u0103 ce se g\u0103tesc, amesteca\u021bi ocazional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. (Dac\u0103 g\u0103ti\u021bi la mas\u0103) Ad\u0103uga\u021bi ingredientele pentru garnitur\u0103 \u0219i \u00eencepe\u021bi s\u0103 m\u00e2nca\u021bi pe m\u0103sur\u0103 ce se preg\u0103tesc. \u00cen caz contrar, servi\u021bi c\u00e2nd totul este g\u0103tit.
