Carnea de porc se taie in cuburi de marime potrivita si se amesteca cu ceapa si cu toate condimentele pentru carne;<br \/>\n2. Prazul si ardeiul iute se taie de-a curmezisul si se adauga peste amestecul rezultat din carnea, ceapa si condimentele pentru carne. Toate aceste ingrediente se amesteca si se lasa timp de 20 de minute intr-un vas inchis pentru a lua gust\/miros una de la alta (la marinat, cum spunem noi);<br \/>\n3. Separat, incingem la foc o tigaie cu putin ulei peste care rasturnam carnea condimentata pe care o lasam sa se prajeasca bine;<br \/>\n4. Atunci cand observam ca s-a prajit bine carnea, se adauga o lingura de ulei de susan si o lingurita de seminte de susan prajite. Se poate orna pe farfurie cu frunze de salata, iar deasupra se pot pune rondele de ceapa verde (partea verde, din frunze)\/ ardei iute taiat rondele (pentru cei care mananca foarte iute).
