Apa se schimba de 2-3 ori.<\/li>\n<li>Puneti intr-o oala carnea, ridichea, cele 30 de boabe de piper peste care adaugati cele 20 de pahare de apa si le puneti la fiert.<\/li>\n<li>Dupa ce a fiert bine, taiati carnea pe lung, in directia fibrelor, apoi dati prin strecuratoare zeama obtinuta (fiertura) si puneti-o deoparte. Daca este prea moale carnea, taiati-o in bucati de marime potrivita. La fel si ridichea.<\/li>\n<li>Intre timp taiati prazul in bucati lungi (cum se taie in drame legumele si nu asa cum obisnuim noi sa o facemcem: cubulete, fideluta sau solzisori).<\/li>\n<li>Condimentati carnea adaugand toate ingredientele enuntate \u201cla capitolul\u201d condimentarii carnii.<\/li>\n<li>Puneti la foc zeama rezultata din fierberea carnii si a ridichii pana clocoteste. Adaugati apoi prazul.<\/li>\n<li>Adaugati apoi carnea condimentata si ridichea. Lasati inca putin la fiert. Puteti incerca aceasta reteta. Nu este complicata, poate fi adaptata &#8220;la capitolul&#8221; iuteala in functie de gusturile dumneavoastra si este foarte potrivita pentru sezonul rece.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
