Pune\u021bi 20 ml de ulei de m\u0103sline \u00eentr-o tigaie \u0219i pr\u0103ji\u021bi-le la foc mic, p\u00e2n\u0103 se rumenesc u\u0219or. Apoi ridica\u021bi c\u0103ldura la nivel mediu \u0219i pune\u021bi la pr\u0103jit carnea de porc \u0219i carnea de vit\u0103 tocate, p\u00e2n\u0103 se g\u0103tesc bine. Se adaug\u0103 sare \u0219i piper pentru a condimenta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>PASUL 2. Prepararea sosului kimchi (b)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ad\u0103uga\u021bi baechu-kimchi \u0219i gochujang la amestecul de la pasul 1. L\u0103sa\u021bi la pr\u0103jit timp de cinci minute \u0219i reduce\u021bi focul pentru a fierbe \u00eencet. Odat\u0103 ce aproape toat\u0103 apa s-a evaporat, opri\u021bi focul. Muta\u021bi amestecul \u00eentr-un bol \u0219i l\u0103sa\u021bi-l s\u0103 se r\u0103ceasc\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>PASUL 3. Prepararea cremei tofu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pune\u021bi 300 ml de sm\u00e2nt\u00e2n\u0103 proasp\u0103t\u0103 \u00eentr-o oal\u0103 \u0219i g\u0103ti\u021bi-o la foc u\u0219or. Ad\u0103uga\u021bi o bucat\u0103 pasat\u0103 de tofu, l\u0103sa\u021bi amestecul s\u0103 se g\u0103teasc\u0103 \u0219i condimenta\u021bi \u00eentre timp cu sare \u0219i piper, dup\u0103 gust. Turna\u021bi compozi\u021bia \u00eentr-un vas \u0219i amesteca\u021bi-o cu un mixer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>PASUL 4. Fierberea foilor de lasagna<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Turna\u021bi ap\u0103 \u00eentr-o oal\u0103 \u0219i ad\u0103uga\u021bi foile de lasagna alaturi de un praf de sare. Preg\u0103tirea \u201cpl\u0103cintei\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00centinde\u021bi uniform untul \u00eentr-un vas de copt \u0219i pune\u021bi o foaie de lasagna. Unge\u021bi-o uniform cu sosul kimchi \u0219i crema tofu create anterior. Pres\u0103ra\u021bi pudr\u0103 de parmezan \u0219i br\u00e2nza mozzarella pe sos. Repeta\u021bi procesul, a\u0219ez\u00e2nd o foaie de lasagna, un strat de sos \u0219i crem\u0103, parmesan \u0219i mozzarella p\u00e2n\u0103 ce consuma\u021bi toate foile. Finalizare<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Scoate\u021bi lasagna kimchi din cuptor.
