Scopul este de a imbunatati spatiul de lucru, de a oferi stabilitatea locului de munca si incetarea abuzulurilor legate de drepturilor angajatilor, prin urmatoarele 7 promisiuni:<\/span><\/div>\n<div id=\"yiv9931366754yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1464508624318_8016\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span id=\"yiv9931366754yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1464508624318_8017\" lang=\"EN-US\">1. Seulul va deveni un oras unde niciun drept al angajatului nu va fi incalcat;<\/span><\/div>\n<div id=\"yiv9931366754yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1464508624318_8019\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span id=\"yiv9931366754yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1464508624318_8020\" lang=\"EN-US\">2. Eliminarea drepturilor de munca legate de zonele &#8220;oarbe&#8221;;\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div id=\"yiv9931366754yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1464508624318_8022\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span id=\"yiv9931366754yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1464508624318_8023\" lang=\"EN-US\">3. Extinderea domeniului de aplicare al beneficiarilor sistemului de salarizare pe viata;<\/span><\/div>\n<div id=\"yiv9931366754yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1464508624318_8025\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span id=\"yiv9931366754yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1464508624318_8026\" lang=\"EN-US\">4. Transformarea angajatilor sezonieri in angajati full-time;<\/span><\/div>\n<div id=\"yiv9931366754yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1464508624318_8028\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span id=\"yiv9931366754yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1464508624318_8029\" lang=\"EN-US\">5. Reducerea orelor de lucru;<\/span><\/div>\n<div id=\"yiv9931366754yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1464508624318_8031\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span id=\"yiv9931366754yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1464508624318_8032\" lang=\"EN-US\">6. Adoptarea unui sistem unde angajatii pot participa la sedintele Consiliului Director (asa cum a fost adoptat in 18 tari europene);<\/span><\/div>\n<div id=\"yiv9931366754yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1464508624318_8034\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span id=\"yiv9931366754yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1464508624318_8035\" lang=\"EN-US\">7.
