{"id":1945,"date":"2016-06-08T11:16:57","date_gmt":"2016-06-08T08:16:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.saranghanguk.ro\/?p=1945"},"modified":"2016-06-08T11:16:57","modified_gmt":"2016-06-08T08:16:57","slug":"samgyetang-supa-de-pui-cu-ginseng","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saranghanguk.ro\/index.php\/2016\/06\/08\/samgyetang-supa-de-pui-cu-ginseng\/","title":{"rendered":"Samgyetang  \u2013 Delicioasa supa de pui cu ginseng"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingrediente<\/strong> <em>(pentru 4 portii de \uc0bc\uacc4\ud0d5\/\uacc4\uc0bc\ud0d5):<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>un pui intreg (cca 1 kg)<\/li>\n<li>30 grame de radacini de ginseng uscat (sau o bucata de ginseng proaspat)\u2019<\/li>\n<li>200 g orez glutinous<\/li>\n<li>5 castane decojite<\/li>\n<li>5 bucati de jujube (curmale chinezesti) uscate<\/li>\n<li>putina sare<\/li>\n<li>10 boabe de piper<\/li>\n<li>10 catei de usturoi<\/li>\n<li>2 fire de praz<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Mod de preparare:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Spalati bine puiul cu apa rece, la fel orezul si celelalte ingredient.<\/li>\n<li>Gatul puiului se apleaca spre pieptul acestuia si se fixeaza cu scobitoi sau se coase cu ac si ata.<\/li>\n<li>Umpleti interiorul puiului cu orez, doua castanet, 2 jujube, 2 catei de usturoi si cu jumatatea de ginseng, apoi inchideti abdomenul puiului cosandu-l cu un ac cu ata.<\/li>\n<li>Legati picioarele puiului in forma de X.<\/li>\n<li>Puneti puiul astfel umplut la fiert intr-o ooala cu 1,5-2 litri de apa, adaugand si celelalte ingredient.<\/li>\n<li>Fierbeti bine puiul si scoateti din cand in cand grasimea rezultata prin fierbere si spuma de la suprafata.<\/li>\n<li>Serviti supa de pui in boluri, garnisind-o mai intai cu sare, piper si praz tocat.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Bine de stiut:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nu fierbeti puiul prea mult pentru ca ingredientele din interior s-ar putea sfarama si nu asta este scopul fierberii. Samgyetang este o supa energizanta de vara.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Istoria supei:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In Coreea, Samgyetang este o supa deosebit de populara, ce se mananca cu precadere de zilele Sambok (\uc0bc\ubcf5), care sunt trei zile distincte ale calendarului lunar &#8211; Chobok (\ucd08\ubcf5), Jungbok (\uc911\ubcf5) \u0219i Malbok (\ub9d0\ubcf5) (cele mai fierbinti si mai caniculare zile in Coreea \u2013 n.r.). Se crede ca a manca supa de trei ori in aceasta perioada este de bun augur pentru sanatatea unei persoane.<\/p>\n<p>In Coreea exista restaurante care nu servesc nimic altceva decat Samgyetang si care si-au castigat popularitatea locala datorita retetelor lor speciale, pe care le pastreaza insa secrete. Acest fel de mancare este, de obicei, acompaniat de diferite garnituri si, in unele restaurante, chiar de o sticla mica de Insamju (vin de ginseng).<\/p>\n<p>In cultura chineza, similar cu cultura coreeana, se crede ca aceasta supa poate preveni boala. Singura diferenta este ca in cultura chineza, ginseng-ul nu este consumat atunci cand o persoana este bolnava, deoarece se crede ca ginseng retine boala in interiorul persoanei.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Surse
