Memil guksu rece este felul de m\u00e2ncare semn\u0103tur\u0103 al restaurantului Mijin. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dou\u0103 t\u0103vi  pline cu t\u0103i\u021bei sunt servite (de persoan\u0103) cu un ibric mic de sos ( bulion) pentru t\u0103i\u021bei \u0219i dou\u0103 garnituri.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen principal, mirosul t\u0103i\u021beilor de hri\u0219c\u0103 \u00een sine este unul p\u0103m\u00e2ntesc \u0219i are un gust u\u0219or amar. Add the garnishes &#8212; grated radish, wasabi, crispy seasoned laver and chopped green onions &#8212; to the broth. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ad\u0103uga\u021bi garniturile &#8212; ridiche ras\u0103, wasabi, alger condimentate crocant \u0219i ceapa verde tocat\u0103 &#8212; \u00een sosul ro\u0219u. Cei care doresc ni\u0219te carne cu t\u0103i\u021beii pot comanda un mic fel de Bossam, un peparat coreean care con\u021bine carne de porc fiart\u0103, la  pre\u021bul de 14.000 de woni. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Pia\u021ba este situat\u0103 \u00een apropierea sta\u021biei Ahyeon, ie\u0219irea nr. 4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La aproximativ 50 de metri de poarta principal\u0103, ve\u021bi g\u0103si cu u\u0219urin\u021b\u0103 un semn puternic luminat, chiar \u0219i \u00een timpul dimine\u021bii devreme,  pe care scrie \u201ePyeongchang Makgugksu\u201d, \u00eempreun\u0103 cu mai multe fotografii cu emisiuni TV care au fost filmate la  acest restaurant at\u00e2rnate la intrare. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trebuie s\u0103 \u0219ti\u021bi c\u0103 <strong>Makguksu<\/strong> este un fel de m\u00e2ncare tradi\u021bional coreean din hri\u0219c\u0103, servit \u00een sos ro\u0219u r\u0103cit. \u00cen func\u021bie de buc\u0103tar, sosurile au arome diverse, de la cele care folosesc dongchimi, kimchi coreean de ap\u0103 din ridichi, p\u00e2n\u0103 la carne de vit\u0103 \u0219i alte legume. Este un lan\u021b de restaurante de familie, foarte cunoscut printre oamenii care iubesc ongsimi, supa de cartofi \u0219i kalguksu. Locul este numit dup\u0103 Bongpyeong-myeon din provincia Gangwon. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Memil kalguksu este un preparat fierbinte, un fel de sup\u0103 de t\u0103i\u021bei. Pentru cei care sunt familiariza\u021bi cu Kalguksu, supa coreean\u0103 cu t\u0103i\u021bei t\u0103ia\u021bi cu cu\u021bitul, Memil kalguksu este versiunea cu t\u0103i\u021bei de hri\u0219c\u0103. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Restaurantul serve\u0219te t\u0103i\u021bei de hri\u0219c\u0103 de culoare mai \u00eenchis\u0103 \u0219i, prin urmare, au un gust nuci \u0219i mai amar \u00een compara\u021bie cu al\u021bii t\u0103i\u021bei de hri\u0219c\u0103.
