Turnati putina apa, lasati totul timp de o ora pentru a se inmuia. Dupa aceea spalati bine ridichea si puneti-o la scurs intr-o strecuratoare.<\/li>\n<li>Puneti la foc mare 1\/3 cana de faina de orez impreuna cu 2 pahare de apa intr-o oala,\u00a0 apoi cand incepe sa clocoteasca reduceti focul, amestecand in continuu timp de 5 minute pentru a nu se forma cocoloase.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">** Daca nu gasiti pe piata, puteti folosi faina obisnuita in loc de faina de orez glutinos.<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" start=\"3\">\n<li>Taiati prazul rondele, pisati usturoiul si dati ghimbirul pe razatoare.<\/li>\n<li>Adaugati gochugaru in pasta de faina de orez, dupa care puneti usturoiul si ghimbirul, zaharul, sarea si sosul de peste.<\/li>\n<li>Adaugati peste aceste condimente cubuletele de ridiche si prazul, apoi amestecati-le bine.<\/li>\n<li>Pastrati Kkakdugi <em>(\uae4d\ub450\uae30)<\/em> timp de o zi la temperatura camerei, dupa care il puteti depozita in frigider, unde va si\u00a0
