Ce o face pe ea atat de speciala, de ofertanta sau de apetisanta? Ei bine, se pare ca secretul sta in combinarea a patru tipuri de preparate: sosul, kimchi-ul, supele Kuk si Tang (o supa densa, foarte aromata). Cum am aflat asta? Tot cautand pe diverse site-uri si prin carti am vazut ca Jang (sos) este considerat, cumva, baza pentru bucataria coreeana <em><strong>(Hansik)<\/strong><\/em>. Cu siguranta ati vazut si dumneavoastra chiar in serialele la care faceam referire mai sus cum boabele de soia culese toamna se fierb si se preseaza in forme patrate, asemenea unor caramizi, apoi se atarna pentru a se usca sub acoperis, fiind pastrate acolo pana primavera, cand sunt inmuiate in apa sarata si lasate sa fermenteze. Acesta este si motivul datorita caruia rolul benefic al consumului de Kimchi asupra organismului uman a depasit demult granitele Coreei. Gustul intens al acestei supe este dat de faptul ca in timpul fierberii se adauga legume condimentate, fructe de mare si carnea.
