{"id":2566,"date":"2016-08-08T10:00:16","date_gmt":"2016-08-08T07:00:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.saranghanguk.ro\/?p=2566"},"modified":"2016-08-03T13:10:51","modified_gmt":"2016-08-03T10:10:51","slug":"creveti-prajiti-cu-orez","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saranghanguk.ro\/index.php\/2016\/08\/08\/creveti-prajiti-cu-orez\/","title":{"rendered":"Creveti prajiti cu orez"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingrediente \uc0c8\uc6b0\ubcf6\uc74c\ubc25 (pentru 2 persoane):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 portii de orez fiert in aburi<\/li>\n<li>10 bucati de creveti (medii)<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd ceapa<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 dovlecel<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd ardei kapia<\/li>\n<li>1 lingurita ulei de masline<\/li>\n<li>10 catei de usturoi<\/li>\n<li>2 oua<\/li>\n<li>putina sare<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Sos:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>sos de stridii sau sos de soia<\/li>\n<li>vin alb<\/li>\n<li>piper<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd lingura de ulei de susan<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd lingura de seminte de susan prajite<\/li>\n<li>sos de friptura sau kechup (pot fi preparate in casa sau cumparate)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Mod de preparare:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Spalati bine crevetii proaspeti si decojiti-i in afara de portiunea cozii. Apoi taiati cubulete ceapa, dovlecelul si ardeiul kapia.<\/li>\n<li>Usturoiul se taie subtire, pe lungime, se prajeste intr-o tigaie, in ulei de masline, pana se rumeneste.<\/li>\n<li>Prajiti crevetii impreuna cu ceapa, dovlecelul si ardeiul kapia.<\/li>\n<li>Adaugati orezul aburit in tigaia cu crevetii si legumele prajite bine si lasati amestecul la foc potrivit, amestecand din cand in cand.<\/li>\n<li>Dati gust acestui bokum-bap adaugand sosul preparat cu ingredientele de mai sus.<\/li>\n<li>Serviti intr-o farfurie bokum-bap-ul impreuna cu un ou prajit, peste care presarati cateva seminte de susan.
