T\u0103i\u021beii de la Jinju Hoegwan sunt f\u0103cu\u021bi cu amidon de cartofi \u0219i au un gust aparte. Supa de aici este extrem de dens\u0103 \u0219i cremoas\u0103, iar \u00een mod normal felul de m\u00e2ncare se serve\u0219te f\u0103r\u0103 nicio garnitur\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kongguksu<\/strong> de aici este servit deja bine condimentat, a\u0219a c\u0103 ei recomand\u0103 ca vizitatorii s\u0103 guste mai \u00eent\u00e2i preparatul \u00eenainte s\u0103 mai adauge sare sau zah\u0103r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kimchi-ul este, de asemenea, supus evalu\u0103rii de c\u0103tre entuzia\u0219tii care iubesc Kongguksu. S-a format coad\u0103 de oameni dornici s\u0103 se r\u0103coreasc\u0103, \u00eentr-un cerc mare larg \u00een jurul restaurantului\u201d<\/em>, a declarat proprietarul Jinju Hoegwan pentru publica\u021bia The Korea Herald.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un bol de Kongguksu aici ajunge s\u0103 coste 15.000 de woni. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>  2. <strong>Ejo Sonkalguksu<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al doilea local se nume\u0219te <strong>Ejo Sonkalguksu<\/strong> \u0219i se afl\u0103 la aproximativ cinci minute de mers pe jos de la ie\u0219irea nr. 1 a sta\u021biei Guro, se remarc\u0103 printre alte restaurante de Kongguksu pentru folosirea seoritae sau cum se nume\u0219te de fapt &#8211;  fasole neagr\u0103. Ni\u0219te sare cu nuan\u021be roz din zona &nbsp;Sinan, provincia Jeolla de Sud, &nbsp;este pres\u0103rat\u0103 &nbsp;deasupra Kongguksu, care \u00eenc\u00e2nt\u0103 ochii \u0219i gura vizitatorilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201e\u00cen loc s\u0103 folosim ma\u0219ini de f\u0103cut t\u0103i\u021bei, lucr\u0103m aluatul pentru a face singuri t\u0103i\u021beii \u0219i \u00eei fierbem \u00een propria noastr\u0103 sup\u0103 seoritae\u201d<\/em>, a declarat proprietarul-buc\u0103tar al lui <strong>Ejo Kongguksu<\/strong> pentru The Korea Herald. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Modalitatea recomandat\u0103 de a savura Kongguksu la restaurantul acesta este: se m\u0103n\u00e2nc\u0103 jum\u0103tate din Kongguksu cu sarea stropit\u0103 peste, apoi se adaug\u0103&nbsp;dou\u0103 linguri\u021be de zah\u0103r apoi se&nbsp; amestec\u0103 \u0219i se savureaz\u0103 restul din preparat.<br>Kongguksu la Ejo Sonkalguksu are un pre\u021b de 12.000 de woni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Gongju Kalguksu<\/strong><br>Dac\u0103 \u00eencerca\u021bi Kongguksu pentru prima dat\u0103 \u0219i ave\u021bi o oarecare team\u0103 fa\u021b\u0103 de gustul tipic gros al supei de fasole, Gongju Kalguksu v\u0103 poate ajuta s\u0103 v\u0103 u\u0219ura\u021bi \u00eentreaga experien\u021b\u0103 de a m\u00e2nca Kongguksu. Restaurantul folose\u0219te jangdankong, un tip de baektae, sau soia alb\u0103, cultivat\u0103 \u00een Paju, provincia Gyeonggi, care are un finisaj relativ subtil \u0219i curat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bolul de Kongguksu vine acoperit delicat cu castrave\u021bi t\u0103ia\u021bi felii sub\u021biri, oferind un gust r\u0103coritor \u0219i crocant, care completeaz\u0103 supa m\u0103t\u0103soas\u0103 de soia \u0219i t\u0103i\u021beii.
