Numele prajiturii se schimba in functie de modul de preparare si de ingredientele folosite. Daca se introduce fasole, seminte de susan, fasole rosie, dovleac, curmal japonez uscat sau jujube, se cheama Siru-tteok. Prajitura ce se face doar din faina alba de orez se numeste Baekaseolgi.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.saranghanguk.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/119.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-637\" src=\"http:\/\/www.saranghanguk.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/119-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"1\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.saranghanguk.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/119-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.saranghanguk.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/119.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>\u00a0 \u00a0 (sursa foto: www.en.wikimedia.org)<\/p>\n<p><em>Maehwa-tteok <\/em>(\ub9e4\ud654\ub5a1) \u2013 prajitura, in sine, are forma de floare de caisa japoneza alba, mica, se serveste (de regula) pe o farfurie albastra si este dulce si fina. Este usor digerabil si nutritiv, de aceea este potrivit si pentru calatorii, iar aspectul sau este foarte placut. Prajiturile traditionale sunt facute din faina sau faina de orez si se indulcesc cu miere sau zahar. Si in acest caz, prajitura e colorata cu pigmenti naturali si i se da forma cu mana. Impreuna cu aceste prajiturele se bea ceai verde, de ginseng sau de lamaie, cald sau rece, in functie de anotimp si preferinte.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dasik<\/strong> (\ub2e4\uc2dd) sunt dulciuri facute din seminte de susan pisate, castane pisate, mazare batuta, amestecate cu miere. Ele se preseaza in forme de lemn imprimate cu o placa ornata cu diverse modele\/motive. Se prajesc in ulei si sunt goale in interior, ceea ce le face sa fie extreme de crocante. Au forma de floare, se fac din faina si se prajesc in ulei la foc mic, dupa care se acopera cu miere.
