De asemenea, se adauga si gochujang (pasta de ardei) sau gochu garu (pudra de ardei). Se condimenteaza, in general, la masa, conform gustului personal, prin adaugarea de sare, piper negru macinat, ardei iute, usturoi tocat sau ceapa verde taiata. Este un preparat local din Seul, care dateaza din timpul regatului Silla.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seolleongtang este de obicei preparat la foc mic \u00a0pe o perioada de cateva ore pana la o zi intreaga. Prajiturile de peste, ouale fierte si frunzele de ceapa verde sunt unele dintre ingredientele cel mai frecvent folosite. Poate fi condimentata fie cu gochujang picant (pasta de chili), fie cu sos pe baza de ganjang (sos de soia). In prezent, exista mai multe varietati ale acestui preparat ce includ: curry-tteok-bokki, sos de smantana-tteok-bokki, jajang-tteok-bokki, fructe de mare-tteok-bokki, galbi-tteok-bokki si asa mai departe. Aceasta se prepara dintr-un pui intreg (poussin) umplut cu usturoi si orez, ceapa verde si condimente, printre care jujube si ginseng coreean.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Acest tip de preparat se mananca de obicei in zilele sambok (\uc0bc\ubcf5), care sunt trei zile distincte ale calendarului lunar &#8211; Chobok (\ucd08\ubcf5), Jungbok (\uc911\ubcf5) si Malbok (\ub9d0\ubcf5), in mod obisnuit fiind cele mai toride si cele mai sufocante zile de vara din Coreea. Din acest aluat rigid se formeaza bilute care sunt umplute cu un amestec dulce care poate contine zahar brun, miere, arahide tocate si scortisoara. Aluatul umplut este pus apoi pe o tava unsa si aplatizat astfel incat sa formeze un cerc mare.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In Coreea, amestecul instantaneu uscat pentru hotteok este disponibil in comert in pachete din plastic. In Coreea de Sud, puiul prajit poate fi consumat atat ca fel principal, aperitiv, anju (mancare servita si consumata cu bauturi), cat si ca o gustare dupa masa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Puiul gatit coreean difera de puiul tipic american, deoarece este prajit de doua ori astfel incat pielea devine mai crocanta si mai putin grasa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Puiul este, de obicei, condimentat cu mirodenii, zahar si sare, inainte si dupa prajire. Dupa prajire, puiul este asezonat cu sos folosind o pensula pentru a-l acoperi uniform cu un strat subtire. In timpul Dinastiei Joseon, s-a transformat in &#8220;neobiani&#8221; sau mancarea Curtii Regale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Bulgogi este format din fasii de carne de vita care au fost marinate intr-un sos ce include sos de soia, ceapa verde, usturoi, ulei de susan si piper macinat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bulgogi este in mod traditional gatit pe gratar, insa, recent, a devenit mai raspandit ca fiind preparat in tigaie.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Acest fel de mancare este servit adesea cu salata verde, care se foloseste pentru a infasura o felie de carne gatita, deseori impreuna cu ssamjang sau orez, si apoi mancate impreuna.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.saranghanguk.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/bulgogi.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5728\" src=\"http:\/\/www.saranghanguk.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/bulgogi.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"650\" height=\"435\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.saranghanguk.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/bulgogi.jpg 650w, https:\/\/www.saranghanguk.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/bulgogi-300x201.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>9<strong>.\u00a0Bibimbap <\/strong><strong>\ube44\ube54\ubc25<\/strong><strong> &#8211;\u00a0Mixed Rice<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bibimbap este un fel de mancare traditonal coreean ce contine multe ingrediente amestecate intr-un bol impreuna cu orez si pasta de ardei rosu. Este unul dintre cele mai reprezentative preparate coreene, alaturi de bulgogi si kimchi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Multa vreme a existat o traditie printre stramosii coreeni, care spunea ca orice resturi de mancare de la Revelion nu trebuie pastrate in noul an. Din acest motiv, a fost inceputa practica amestecului diferitelor ingrediente intr-un bol cu orez.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Legumele utilizate in mod obisnuit la bibimbap includ castraveti, dovlecei, mu (ridichii), ciuperci, doraji si gim, precum si spanac, germeni de soia si gosari. La acestea poate fi adaugat si \u00a0dubu (tofu), fie simplu, fie sote, o frunza de salata, pui sau fructe de mare ce pot fi inlocuite cu vita. La cele doua ingrediente de baza se adauga usturoi si pasta de peste.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In zilele noastre, exista aproximativ 200 de feluri diferite de kimchi, fiecare cu propriul look si propria aroma. Bogat in bacterii lactice acide, kimchi este unul dintre produsele alimentare cele mai sanatoase din lume, iar coreenii consuma, in medie, 35 de kilograme pe an. Aceasta varza murata clasica este, de obicei, servita ca o garnitura la micul dejun, pranz si cina, insa exista si o multime de feluri de mancare coreene (antreuri) ce folosesc kimchi ca baza.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gustul kimchi-ului este de obicei o combinatie de rece (racoros), picant si acrisor. Acesta ar trebui sa aiba, de asemenea, o textura crocanta si acel sunet \u201ecrunch\u201d de fiecare data cand luati o muscatura din el, similara cu cea de atunci cand muscati dintr-o bucata de morcov.
