Lasati-l intr-un loc cald timp de 5 pana la 10 minute. Veti putea vedea bule la suprafata.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Combinati faina si sarea intr-un mixer sau intr-un castron. Turnati mixtura de lapte cald, cu zahar alb si drojdie. Daca folositi mixerul, framantati aluatul la viteza medie timp de 5 pana la 10 minute. Daca il faceti manual, framantati cu o lingura de lemn sau o spatula pana ce aluatul este nedet si elastic, timp de 5 pana la 10 minute. Acoperiti-l cu o folie de plastic. Lasati-l sa creasca timp de 3 ore.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Intre timp, combinati ingredientele de umplutura intr-un castron.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cand e gata aluatul, incalziti o tigaie la temperatura medie si adaugati destul ulei de gatit incat sa acopere fundul tigaii.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dati-va cu ulei pe maini, luati cam 30 de grame de aluat odata si modelati-le in forma de bila. Neteziti aluatul ca la un blat de pizza cu varful degetelor, puneti-l in palma si adaugati o lingurita de umplutura pe care o puneti in mijlocul aluatului. Lipiti marginile aluatului.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Puneti clatita in tigaia incalzita, prajiti timp de doua sau 3 minute, pana cand fundul devine maroniu. Intorceti-o pe partea cealalta, apasati pe ea pana devine plata si este prajita pe ambele parti, iar zaharul din interior s-a topit.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Transferati-o din tigaie pe o farfurie pe care ati pus prosoape de hartie. Repetati pasii pana ati ramas fara ingrediante. Hotteok se serveste in timp ce inca mai e calda.
