Site-ul koreaboo.com ne dezvaluie cateva &#8220;secrete&#8221; asiatice, testate si considerate corecte pentru a obtine unul dintre cele mai bune orezuri pe care le-ati gatit vreodata. Iata care ar fi acestea:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Metododa degetului<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aceasta metoda consta in turnarea orezului in oala si plasarea degetului aratator astfel incat sa atinga suprafata orezului. Apoi adaugati apa pana la prima dumneavoastra articulatie si voila: ave\u021bi cel mai bun raport apa\/orez pe care l-ati putea obtine vreodata. Aceasta metoda presupune sa puneti palma pe orez pe masura ce umpleti cu apa vasul in care se afla acesta, apasati usor si va opriti din a mai adauga apa in momentul in care aceasta va acopera articulatiile <strong><em>(vezi foto)<\/em><\/strong>. Spre exemplu, in Japonia se spune ca este esential sa inmuiati orezul in apa timp de cel putin 30 de minute inainte de a-l gatit, astfel incat acesta sa poata absorbi toata umiditatea pe care a pierdut-o in timpul procesarii.
