Kkanpunggi este un pui dublu prajit, care se amesteca apoi cu legume si un sos dulce- acrisor si usor picant.<\/p>\n<p>Numele preparatului povine din chineza, unde kkan inseamna uscat, pung este amestecatura si gi inseamna pui.<\/p>\n<p>Acest fel de mancare este unul care nu necesita foarte mult timp de gatire intrucat se prajeste repede datorita puiului dezosat si taiat bucati mici. De asemenea, in timpul prepararii bucataria va va fi invaluita intr-o aroma delicioasa, astfel ca pana si cei mai mofturosi membrii ai familiei nu vor rezista si vor vrea sa guste kkanpunggi!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingrediente (pentru 2-3 portii):<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pentru pui<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>230 g de piept de pui taiat bucati mici<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd lingurita de ghimbir tocat<\/p>\n<p>1 lingurita de sos de soia<\/p>\n<p>\u00bc lingurita de piper negru<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd ceasca de amidon din cartofi<\/p>\n<p>1 albus (daca dublati cantitatea puiului, folositi oul intreg)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Usturoi picant si praz calit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00bc ceasca de ulei vegetal sau de porumb<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd ceasca (o mana) de praz tocat subtire<\/p>\n<p>4 cateti de usturoi taiati pe jumatate<\/p>\n<p>1 lingura fulgi de ardei iute<\/p>\n<p><strong>Legume si condimente<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 ardei verde iute fara seminte, taiat subtire<\/p>\n<p>1 ardei iute rosu proaspat fara seminte, taiat subtire<\/p>\n<p>1 ceapa verde, toccata rondele<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd ceapa alba de marime medie, tocata solzisori<\/p>\n<p>3-4 ardei rosii iuti uscati<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sos dulce- acrisor <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 lingurita de soia de soia<\/p>\n<p>2 lingurite de apa<\/p>\n<p>2 lingurite de sirop de orez (sau zahar)<\/p>\n<p>1 lingurita otet alb<\/p>\n<p>1 lingurita de amidon din cartofi<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ulei<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 ceasca de ulei de gatit (ulei de struguri, ulei vegetal sau ulei de porumb)<\/p>\n<p>1 lingurita de ulei de susan<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cum procedam:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pregatim puiul<br \/>\nIntr-un castron se amesteca puiul, ghimbirul, sosul de soia si piperul negru macinat, lasandu-se apoi la marinat intre 10 si 20 de minute.
