Acestea sunt extrem de simplu de preparat \u0219i foarte gustoase. Tehnica de baz\u0103 const\u0103 \u00een asezonarea ingredientului principal (care poate fi carne, peste, dovlecel, ceap\u0103 verde, cartof dulce &#8211; practic posibilit\u0103\u021bile sunt nenum\u0103rate), care mai apoi se d\u0103 prin f\u0103in\u0103, ou \u0219i se pr\u0103je\u0219te \u00een tigaie antiaderent\u0103 cu pu\u021bin ulei. Jeon stau la loc de cinste pe masa de Chuseok, reprezent\u00e2nd o gustare \u00eendr\u0103git\u0103 de to\u021bi membrii familiei, de la cei mici (pentru c\u0103 nu sunt picante) la cei mai \u00een v\u00e2rst\u0103 (ca aperitiv pentru b\u0103utura din orez).<\/p>\n<p>G\u0103si\u021bi mai jos 3 re\u021bete de Jeon extrem de simplu de preparat,\u00a0 cu ingrediente direct din c\u0103mara voastr\u0103.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingrediente:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>un dovlecel;<\/li>\n<li>o legatur\u0103 de ceap\u0103 verde (aproximativ 5 cepe);<\/li>\n<li>un cartof dulce;<\/li>\n<li>un ou mare sau dou\u0103 (\u00een func\u021bie de c\u00e2t de mare este dovlecelul \u0219i cartoful dulce)<\/li>\n<li>o can\u0103 de f\u0103in\u0103;<\/li>\n<li>o linguri\u021ba de zah\u0103r;<\/li>\n<li>sare;<\/li>\n<li>ulei pentru pr\u0103jit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Pajeon (ft. ceapa verde).
